Mamata Pradhan - Founder
Ms. Mamata Pradhan has more than 22 years of rich and versatile experience in the Capital Markets and in Raising Loans for Corporates. She has been part of large Institutions like Axis Bank, IDFC, Aditya Birla Finance, IndoStar Capital Finance, etc.
Her experience includes overseeing Debt and Loan Investment Portfolios, Resource raising for Institutions as well as large and medium sized Corporates.
Having worked mostly in Key departments such as Treasury departments/ Corporate Lending/ Debt Capital Markets at these Institutions, she has the knowledge and associated market information in a wide gamut of Financial products such as Capital Markets, Money markets, Loan products etc. She has rich experience right from the planning stage, policy making, Negotiation and Execution stages.
She has advised/ co-invested with Institutions, Large Family offices across Financial Products.
She has recently taken up an advisory role where she is well placed to advise MFIs, small NBFCs, Corporates and MSMEs on Resourcing raising options. With her deep understanding of Financial Markets, she can advise varied Investment options based on the individual risk profiles.

Mamata is a B.Sc, MBA from Karnatak University, Dharwad and has also completed the Certification course on MSME conducted by the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance
